Domestic Shipping Policy

  • Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1 - 2 business days.
  • Shipping Period: The average shipping period is 5 - 6 business days, which includes pharmacy preparation and expedited shipping. Shipping times may be affected by high demand for certain items or during holidays.
  • Non-Shipping Days: Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • High Order Volume: During high order volumes, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional transit days for delivery.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once the tracking number for your order has been generated.

Taxes

Nexa Vitality is not responsible for any taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping, including taxes, are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages

Nexa Vitality is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled prior to a prescription being issued, with no cancellation fee. Once a prescription has been issued by a licensed provider, the order cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
