You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once the tracking number for your order has been generated.
Nexa Vitality is not responsible for any taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping, including taxes, are the responsibility of the customer.
Nexa Vitality is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
